For small growing businesses

Make your business run better with AI.

Most of the repetitive work in your business does not need you. I build the websites, apps and internal tools that take it off your desk — and I run a 60-year-old family metals business myself, so I build for how things actually work.

AI workflows built and running daily

AI that does real work, not demos.

Not theory. Things I built and use every day — to run my content, to take the repetitive work off my desk, and to turn a mess of numbers into a decision I can act on.

Content systems

Content, brand and analytics running on a system instead of on your evenings.

  • LinkedIn posts, in my voiceA week of posts written overnight. I read them and press post.
  • Instagram contentPosts and reels, plus a simple read on what to make next.
  • Brand buildingPositioning, identity and systems, start to finish.

Operations, running themselves

The repetitive work in your operations, running without anyone chasing it.

  • Online store, running itselfOrders, stock and listings handled without me opening the admin.
  • Jobs that run on timeThe boring weekly work, done without anyone remembering it.
  • Small tools I reuseThe same jobs come up everywhere, so I built them once.
  • A steady flow of enquiriesBrings traditional businesses new leads without cold calling.
  • Brand & catalogueWebsites, product catalogues and dealer ordering.

Custom apps & tools

Software built around your process, instead of a template you bend to fit.

  • Our ERP and order systemBuilt for HV Metals. Orders, stock and dispatch on one screen.
  • Gift-tracker appA web app built to track engagement gifting.
  • One screen instead of ten sheetsLong Excel files turned into a page you can actually read.
  • Lead to LaunchA tool that builds websites for freelancers, start to finish.
  • This websiteDesigned and built with AI. You're on it.

A real operator, before the AI.

Before any of the AI, I ran a ₹16 Cr retail P&L for Aditya Birla Fashion, beat targets at 108%, and took underperforming stores to +55% YTD revenue for their franchise partners. That is where I learned what actually moves a business. AI just makes it faster.

What I can help you fix.

Some problems need building, not advice. This is the work I take on, for owners who want the thing working — not a recommendation.

More enquiries. Less chasing.

A website people actually contact you from, and a steady way to bring in new enquiries — so you are not living off referrals and repeat customers.

Repetitive work, built out of your day.

Quotes, order entry, stock updates, the same weekly report. If your team does it the same way every week, I build the thing that does it instead — the way I did it for our own metals business.

Tools built around your business.

A stock tracker. An ordering page for your dealers. One screen that tells you how the month is going. Built around how you already work, not the other way round.

  • Websites
  • Lead generation
  • Order & stock systems
  • Custom apps built for your process
  • Dashboards & internal tools
  • Brand, catalogue & dealer ordering

These are examples, not a menu. They are what gets asked for most. When I look at your business I go through how the whole thing runs, then tell you what else can come off your plate — usually things you had not thought to ask for.

Who this is for.

You’d love working with me if the first list sounds like you. Being honest about this early saves us both a lot of time.

This is you

  • You run a growing business and you are in it every day.
  • The same work eats the same hours every week, and it is holding you back.
  • You know AI could help, but every explanation you have read was written for engineers.
  • You want real time and money back, not one more subscription.
  • You want a straight answer, even when the answer is that you do not need me.

Probably not a fit

  • You are collecting quotes to pick the cheapest one. I will not be the cheapest.
  • You want a good-looking presentation more than a working system.
  • You need a fixed delivery date before we have even agreed what I am building.
  • You want to hand it over and never look at it again. I need one person from your side in the check-ins.

None of this makes you a bad client. It just means I am the wrong person for the job. Better to say that now than three weeks in.

Sound like you? Then here is exactly how a project runs.

How I work.

Five steps, in the same order every time. You always know what happens next. You know the cost before any work starts.

  1. 01

    Scope

    I understand the problem first.

We talk about your business, how you work today, and what is going wrong. I ask a lot of questions. If I am not the right person for this job, I tell you here.

  2. 02

    Proposal

I send you a written plan.

What I will build, what I will not build, how long it takes, and what it costs. This is the first time money comes up — and by then you can see the whole picture.

  3. 03

    Review

I look at what you use today.

Once you approve the plan, I go through the tools, files and steps your team works with now. Doing this before building means I do not build the wrong thing and then charge you again to fix it.

  4. 04

    Build

    I build it.

I build what was agreed. If something new comes up, I tell you and we agree it before I start. Nothing appears on your bill quietly.

  5. 05

    Check-ins

I check in with you regularly.

You see the work as it happens, so you can change direction early. No surprises at the end.

Who you actually work with

Me. When a build needs another pair of hands, I bring in someone I have worked with before.

No agency, no account manager, no office costs added to your bill. I am on your project throughout, and you always know who is doing the work.

Why there is no price list

A price before I understand your problem would be a guess. So I work out what needs building first, then give you one fixed number.

You will never be asked to approve a budget before you have seen the plan it pays for.

Start with your problem

Need a clear answer first?

Not ready to start a project — but stuck on something? Bring the problem. You leave with a straight answer and a practical next step. No pitch, no proposal at the end, including when the answer is that you should not spend money on this yet.

Pick a length. Tell me the topic when you book.

Hi, I'm Shashwat.

I spent six years learning how businesses actually work. I ran a ₹16 Cr retail P&L for Aditya Birla Fashion, took my family's metals business online, and did an MBA at NMIMS in between.

Now I build. Websites, internal tools and the systems that run my own content — the kind of thing that takes repetitive work off a business so it can move faster. I run HV Metals, I'm building Kasa Casa, and I make content about all of it.

This site is the proof. I designed and built it with AI.

  • Running HV Metals, the family metals business
  • Building Kasa Casa, a D2C metalware brand
  • Making content on AI and business
